What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energetic healing practice that uses pure life force energy to balance your body and mind.

How does Reiki work?

The essence of healing lies in vibration and entrainment. The Reiki healer works from a place of pure intention, simply holding and transmitting a vibrational frequency that embodies wholeness and balance. When the person receiving the healing chooses to align with that frequency, they activate their own innate ability to heal, and the cells in their body shift from lower vibrational states to higher, more harmonious frequencies which is conducive to healing. This is known as entrainment (matching the resonance of the emitted frequency).
