Vanita’s belief in and practice of Reiki are rooted in both personal experience and a comprehensive understanding of its principles. She has long been passionate about exploring various healing modalities, embracing not only their spiritual aspects but also the scientific foundations underlying them.

Reiki represents an ideal integration of these two perspectives. As a recipient, she has personally experienced its profound benefits during healing sessions and can attest to the significant impact it has had on her physical and emotional wellbeing. As a practitioner, she has witnessed its positive effects on others, alleviating physical discomfort, healing emotional wounds, and enhancing overall wellbeing, thereby transforming their lives. This inspired a deeper spiritual journey, ultimately motivating her to share this healing practice with others. She pursued formal training in Reiki 1 and 2 under the mentorship of her Reiki Master, eventually becoming a practitioner herself.

Reiki has become a cornerstone of her daily practice, enabling her to live optimally and maintain a state of wellness. Today, she is able to heal others, guided by her intuition and the transformative power of Reiki energy.
